Texas Instruments EZ430-Chronos as a $50 wireless gestural controller
The EZ430 is a wristwatch with a built in accelerometer, temperature gage and low-power rf transmitter. With a serial port dongle you can stream live data from the wrist-watch to your computer.
I plan to write a MAX/MSP sketch that takes the accelerometer data and turns it into a midi signal.
This is my first time using pure Serial Port data with Max/MSP, and anyone who has experience/interest and wants to conduct a virtual symphony, hit me up.

Well....since it says "type it in here" guess I will. :)
I am interested in discussing a music distribution platform for unsigned artists which also allows fans to resell and share in profit of songs. MySpace Music + Affiliate program = Esty + Napster???
