EoP945 is a little tool to create two audio effects. The EoP effect takes a drum beat and another song and subtracts the rhythm to create a glitchy strobing effect, inspired by the Public Enemy song, Terminator X to Edge of Panic (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RKlNb_GN55c ).   Example output is here: http://github.com/Miserlou/EOP945/blob/master/flash_strobe_2x.wav
